Spanish Champs & Teachers
For teachers in bilingual, two-way immersion, and dual language programs, Spanish Champs resources are great for reinforcement at home or in the classroom. The Level 2 music was created as a springboard for activities development and discussion. Many of the songs tell a story the can be added to or completed. For example, in the song "Mi Pajarito Bonito" a little boy has a bird that flys away, and the child is sad. We don't know what happened to the bird. Children can each write or discuss what happened to the bird: did he come back? where did he go? did the boy go to find him? We use these activities very effectively in our Spanish Champs classes, and they will work equally as well in your classrooms.
