Our Pricing

All prices at Progressive Language Inc. are determined by the management. For all services, or products, we reserve the right to adjust prices due to errors or changing market conditions or for any other reason we deem necessary without notice. Advertisements, catalogs and online services are prepared in advance and don't allow for fluctuations of market prices. Progressive Language Inc. is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography or application. In the event of a pricing error, Progressive Language Inc. will contact participating and contractual parties via e-mail or other form of communication with the corrected pricing information.

 

Warranty

All Progressive Language products are guaranteed to be free from workmanship defects for one year from date of purchase.  Misuse of Videos, CDs, and DVD voids warranty period.

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped USPS Ground unless another method is requested. Please allow an additional 48 hours for online orders. All shipments for online orders are for delivery during the Monday thru Saturday. There is no option on the shopping cart for Sunday or Holiday delivery. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any orders that include a backordered item will be shipped once all items are in stock unless a request for shipment of all-in-stock items is made (additional charges may apply) please email for details. We ship to all 50 US states. Any duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

• Orders usually ship within 48 hours.
• Extra shipping charges will be notified via email to customers, if any.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with any of the Spanish Champs or Blue Wolf & Friends programs purchased from Progressive Language, please return them within 30 days, and state the reason for the return.  Your money will be returned, less shipping and handling. All returns must be in their original packages and must be in good condition both visually and functionally.  Products with damaged packaging are not eligible for refunds.

Products may not be copied or duplicated.  Advertising using the Progressive Language name, or the Spanish Champs, Early-Bird English, or Blue Wolf & Friends brand names is strictly prohibited without written permission. 

Progressive Language programs may be used at home and by non-profit institutions, such as public schools, as long as no special fees are charged for using the programs.   Fee based programs using Progressive Language materials requires a special agreement with Progressive Language.

Progressive Language, Inc. products are not for resale, unless a resale agreement has been signed between the reseller and Progressive Language, Inc.
